Fruit crumbler
Like a cross between a fruit crumble and fruit cobbler, this is one of the easiest desserts you can make! Plus it all goes in one container.
I use a take away foil container for this, you can get packets of 6 of them in pound shops.
Ingredients

100g frozen mixed berries (or whatever frozen fruit you want

80g plain flour

20g & 1/2 tbs caster sugar

60g unsalted butter - cold
Method

Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan

Put 100g of frozen fruit into the bottom of the container and sprinkle over 1/2 tbs of caster sugar

Mix flour and caster sugar together and sprinkle over the top of the fruit

Cut butter into slices and layer on top

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes

Remove foil and cook for a further 5-10 minutes until the top is golden.
